Science Arena @ Live from Jodrell Bank

LATEST2 took part in the Science Arena at the Live from Jodrell Bank event 2013. Live from Jodrell Bank is a series of one day concerts taking place on an outdoor stage in front of the Lovell Telescope at The University of Manchester's Jodrell Bank Observatory.

As part of this event, concert-goers could also visit the Science Arena, where different science groups ran hands-on activities. At the LATEST2 stand, visitors could discover the fracture toughness of their favourite chocolate bars, and also explore the power of microscopy by trying to identify some everyday objects under the microscope!
